Request for Expressions of Interest (EOI)
The Central Coast Regional District is requesting Expressions of Interest from qualified contractors interested in providing winter maintenance services at the Bella Coola Airport for the 2017-2018 season, with the possibility of two additional one year terms. The term for winter maintenance services will be approximately November, 2017 to March, 2018.
Contractors must demonstrate they have the appropriate equipment, skill, experience and resources to perform the required duties. A complete EOI package, including winter maintenance specifications and standards, can be downloaded here.
Qualified parties identified in this EOI process will be invited to submit a price/service proposal to the CCRD. The CCRD will then seek to negotiate and enter into a contract with the lead proponent.
Expressions of Interest will be received in writing until 4:00 p.m. Friday, October 13th, 2016 via email, to Box 186, Bella Coola, BC V0T 1C0 or by hand at 626 Cliff Street, Bella Coola.
The EoI must include full contact information, the name of the individual or business, relevant experience and qualifications for provision of winter maintenance services at an airport.
