Burning of Wood Debris

The CCRD will be commencing burning of wood debris piles over the next several months on the west and north sides of the Bella Coola Airport.

Contractors will do their best to manage burning operations to minimize smoke, however Valley residents may experience smoke during this period.

This burning is a necessary part of the obstacle removal project which has been ongoing since the Spring of 2017.

We apologize for any inconvenience that may result from these burning operations.
