NOTICE OF SPECIAL BOARD MEETING
There will be a Special Board Meeting at 5:30 p.m. on June 20, 2024 on the Centennial Pool Construction. A CLOSED Special Meeting will follow at 6:00 p.m. This meeting will be closed under the Community Charter:
Section 90 (1) A part of a council meeting may be closed to the public if the subject matter being considered relates to or is one or more of the following:
(k) negotiations and related discussions respecting the proposed provision of a municipal service that are at their preliminary stages and that, in the view of the council, could reasonably be expected to harm the interests of the municipality if they were held in public.
This meeting will be held electronically. The CCRD boardroom (626 Cliff Street) will serve as a viewing area for the start of the meeting before the meeting goes into a Closed Meeting.
