Notice: Presentation of amended 2023 Statement of Financial Information (SOFI) and the Consideration and Adoption of a Public Notice Bylaw.
The Central Coast Regional District Board of Directors will review an amended 2023 Statement of Financial Information (SOFI) report at the meeting listed below.
Also under Consideration for three readings and adoption will be the Public Notice Bylaw 537, 2024.
In general, the Public Notice Bylaw No. 537 proposes alternate methods of publishing statutory public notices as per the Community Charter Section 94 whereby statutory notices will be published by no less than two of the following methods:
a) electronically posted to the Central Coast Regional District’s Facebook page;
b) posted to the outdoor public notice board at the downtown Central Coast Regional District office; or
c) published at least once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in at least one (1) newspaper or other publication circulating in the Central Coast Regional District.
In addition to the regular notice posting places as per the CCRD Board Meeting Procedure Bylaw 519, 2022.

Members of the public may attend all Board Meetings in person or online.
A draft version of the report and bylaw will be available for inspection on our website or at the Downtown office during business hours starting August 29, 2024.
