Communication Services

The Central Coast Regional District is requesting quotes* for professional communication services for public engagement and information for selected Central Coast Regional District services. Works to be performed will be on an on-call basis.

SCOPE OF WORK

The scope of the work is briefly defined as follows:

  • Interpret Information - Read and interpret provided and publicly available information relating to select CCRD initiatives (Board reports, discussions with CCRD staff, presentations, budget information);
  • Content Creation - Prepare clear, accessible, and engaging written content in plain language for residents regarding selected CCRD initiatives;
  • Public Outreach Materials - Prepare clear, accessible and engaging digital graphics (such as capital project updates, brochures, social media tiles, newsletters and other content) with written content prepared that summarizes CCRD selected initiatives based on information provided;
  • Quality Assurance - Ensure consistency with CCRD branding and communication standards. Content must be reviewed and approved by CCRD staff before publication.

Submission Requirements:

  • Cost estimate (per hour) and payment terms;
  • References from similar projects; and
  • Examples of past work, including writing and completed graphics.

Project Timeline: Works to be completed are anticipated to start no later than March 14, 2025, with completion of the project no later than December 31, 2025.
The Closing Date for submission of quotations is Wednesday, March 12th, 2025 at 4:00 PM.

Disclaimer: Accepted firms will be expected to enter into an agreement in alignment with the conditions of the Central Coast Regional District Purchasing Policy.
